Mr Tomi – Jae Wanlun Tjio

Independent Non-Executive Director and Non-Executive Chairman

Mr Tomi-Jae Wanlun Tjio (“Mr Tomi Tjio”) was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 1 March 2019.  Mr Tomi Tjio is currently an Executive Director of Puxun (Singapore) Private Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary, First Legacy Sdn Bhd and Asia Prestige Travels Pte Ltd.  He also serves as an Executive Director at several private limited companies across Asia.


Mr Tomi Tjio has more than 25 years of hospitality, tourism, asset management & commercial experience, responsible for overall strategic planning, development of corporate policies, investments and financial management.  He brings with him extensive knowledge and experience in real estate, business operations, funding and assets acquisitions.


Mr Tomi Tjio has gained international work experience in United States, Hong Kong & Thailand with companies in venture funding, investments and real estate. In 2013, he co-funded SmartMedia, an ePublishing & Media Company in Singapore that was eventually acquired by a UK based Media Conglomerate in 2016.


Mr Tomi Tjio holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Singapore Polytechnic and Financial Planning from Singapore Insurance Institute and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Columbia University.  Mr Tomi Tjio is an Associate Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry and also Member of Singapore Business Federation and Singapore Institute of Directors.

Lee Tze Wee Andrew

Executive Director

Mr Lee Tze Wee Andrew (“Mr Andrew Lee”) was appointed as an Executive Director of the company on 18 June 2019. Mr Lee is also the Chief Executive Officer of Beacon (East Ceylon) Pte. Ltd. (“BEC”) and East Ceylon Management and Development Pte. Ltd. (“ECMD”), both being subsidiaries of Pine Capital Group Limited (“PCG”). Apart from his management role as the Executive Director in PCG, he is also responsible for expansion and exploration of Alternative Investments and Real Estate projects globally. 


Mr Andrew Lee has more than 15 years in the real estate sector with experience in project and client management, strategic planning, valuation and development of corporate and operational policies.  He brings with him extensive knowledge and experience in real estate business operations. Prior to PCG, Mr Lee served at the Singapore Land Authority as a Collector of Land Revenue, where he was in charge of Licensing of State Land as well as mentoring and coaching of new leaders and staff.


Mr Andrew Lee graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Second Class Honours Degree in Bachelor of Science (Real Estate). 

Mr Wee Heng Yi, Adrian

Independent Non-Executive Director

Mr Wee Heng Yi Adrian (“Mr Adrian Wee”) was appointed as an Independent Director of the Company on 19 March 2019.  Mr Adrian Wee is currently a Director of Characterist LLC. He is also an Independent Director of Huationg Global Limited, as well as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and a Member of its Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee. 


Mr Adrian Wee heads his firm, Characterist LLC’s Criminal Litigation and Advocacy Practice Group. His current areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation and criminal defence.  


Mr Adrian Wee obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the National University of Singapore in 2003 and is admitted to the roll of solicitors in England and Wales. He is a member of the Asean Law Society and the Law Society of Singapore.

Mr Pan Ki Ro Paul

Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director

Mr Pan Ki Ro (“Mr Pan”) joined the Group on 12 February 2018 as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. In accordance with Article 98 of the Constitution of the Company, Mr Pan was re-elected on 27 July 2018.  Mr Pan has more than 30 years of experience in finance and banking industry in South Korea. Mr Pan is currently a Director of Advance Capital Partners Asset Management Private Limited and was the Chief Executive Officer of Pine Asia Asset Management Inc (“PAAM”) from 2013 to 2017.


Prior to PAAM, Mr Pan was the Chief Executive Officer of Korean Infrastructure Investments Asset Management Co from 2005 to 2009.  He was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer for Korean Development Bank (“KDB”) from 2003 to 2005. He had worked in KDB since 1973.


Mr Pan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Graduate School of Business, Indiana University at Bloomington (USA) and a Bachelor of Law Degree from Seoul National University (Korea).
